The first protest action of the citizen platform ‘Milana bonita’ for a decent train for Extremadura already has a date and time. Members and sympathizers of this group will take the first train to Madrid on Friday, September 8 to coincide with the protest on the day of the autonomous community and thus give it greater meaning. They will travel, as they had already announced, with clothes, makeup and objects inspired by the Mario Camus movie ‘The Holy Innocents’, which they are using as a symbol of the marginal treatment to which railway users in Extremadura are subjected.
The bulk of the group will take the train that leaves Plasencia at 8.25 in the morning, although those who prefer can do so at 7.15 from Cáceres or at 9.05 from Navalmoral de la Mata. The organizers, who presented the action in Plasencia this Wednesday, make the hostel of the minor local entity of San Gil available to those who want to go from other places in Extremadura to spend the night from 7 to 8 September. .
