The University of Extremadura (UEx) will celebrate on September 29 the First Corridor Symposium of the Iberian Southwest, in the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences of the Badajoz campus. This conference is framed within the UEx International Summer-Autumn Courses, and aims to sensitize society by generating ideas and arguments that support the Corredor Sudoeste Ibérico railway project on the Extremadura Network platform, always from the rigor of analysis and proposals.
The vice-rector for Institutional Relations and Internationalization of the UEx, María del Mar Guerrero, stressed that “we want to raise awareness in society of the need to have this year a decent train that passes through Badajoz and the achievement of the AVE by 2020.
